All bookings must be confirmed with a deposit. Cancellations require at least 24 hours notice for a full refund. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the lesson cost.
Payment is due before the lesson begins unless otherwise arranged. We accept bank transfer, Square card payments, and cash. Course packages must be paid in full before the first lesson.
Students must hold a valid NSW driver's licence of the required class before commencing training. Minimum age requirements apply per NSW Roads and Maritime Services regulations. Students must present valid identification at each lesson.
Students must follow all instructions from the instructor. We reserve the right to terminate a lesson without refund if a student is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, behaves dangerously, or fails to comply with safety requirements.
Our training vehicles are fully insured and maintained to the highest standards. Students are not liable for normal wear and tear, but may be liable for damage caused by wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
Melissa Truck Driving School is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the cost of the lesson or course.
Refunds are provided for cancellations made with 24+ hours notice. Package refunds for unused lessons are available minus a 10% administration fee.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.
